This policy applies to all officers, advisors, and employees (including temporary, contract, part-time, and dispatched workers) of our company and all our group companies. We also request that all business partners involved with our products and services understand and support these policies.

Environmental Initiatives
Climate change is a serious issue, and has caused record-breaking heat waves and natural disasters. One of the main causes for it is the emission of greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide. We actively work to reduce carbon dioxide emissions with hopes of building a cleaner world in balance with nature.
Environmental impact is considered for any vehicle we use and/or purchase.
Used cardboard is reused as cushioning material.
We are switching to material recycling.
Society

Social Initiatives
We wish to create a society where as many people as possible can always have a smile on their face, and we have designated “Spreading Smiles” as one of our key themes and are engaged in a variety of activities to achieve this goal.
We support a project to bring lighting to schools in developing countries for children studying in an environment without electricity.
We donate to “Water and Sanitation” activities to ensure that children around the world have access to safe water.
We donate to the “Gacha Gacha Project” run by the NPO Project Santa.
Our donations support disaster reconstruction efforts for our local community, ensuring peace of mind for our neighbors.
Sports Support
Empowering Local Communities through Sport
We support the activities of professional sports teams with ties to our company’s local communities, including the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks and Yokohama DeNA BayStars in professional baseball, and Earthfriends Tokyo Z in professional basketball.
Inspired by their relentless pursuit of high goals without settling for the status quo, we too will continue striving for greater heights as we pursue our dreams.

Bringing Smiles to Children Through Sports
In collaboration with the ROKITECHNO Toyama corporate baseball team—based in Toyama Prefecture, where we were founded—and wheelchair tennis player Satoshi Saida, who continues to compete professionally, we regularly hold sports classes for elementary school students as opportunities for them to experience the joy of sports and the excitement of taking on new challenges.
